I’ve followed you for a long time, before and during your cancer journey.
Couldn’t love your DARE program more. My husband also follows you and I’m hoping this post lands with him too.
To Mary, your plant based work is hard. I did it, too, to support my hubs post heart attacks. I loved it and never felt better. Our docs weren’t against it, but the attitude was more of ‘if it makes you feel better, it can’t hurt.’ I feel like it saved my husband and think he would agree. You’re not only investing energy in creating a healthy environment where cancer fears to dwell, you’re also supporting a healthy cardiovascular system.
Love the analogy to wolves and bison, Rick. Keep at it. We need everyone and everything and we can throw at protecting them.
Thanks, Mel, for sharing your and your husband's experience with DARE. I haven't lost my love for wolves and bison, but I have stopped advocating. Cancer sent me on another journey.
So glad you have beat the invader. Thank you for all your advocacy for wolves and wildlife. My prayers are with you. God bless..🌀
Thanks for your prayers and support, Pamela.
Great news, Rick! So happy to read 'no evidence of cancer activity!' Best wishes to you and Mary.
Thanks, Victoria, for all your support for myself and so many others.
You are a tremendous inspiration, and that is such a gift to all of us! Thank you so very much!
This is great news, Rick! Now you have five months of carefree living, and one month of anxiety as your next blood test looms over the horizon.
Well put!
Yay!!!
Great news, Rick! Sending good vibes for continued health.

This is wonderful news Rick. You and Mary worked very hard to get to this point. Congratulations!
Thanks so much, Kathy. I don't know how I would have done this without Mary.
